1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the Ghummi Ghummi travel planning application. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
3. Unaccepted Activities
You must not use the App for any of the following activities:
- Illegal or unlawful activities
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
- Uploading harmful, abusive, or malicious content
- Misusing routing or map features
- Creating automated accounts or sending spam
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your itineraries, notes, and saved places.
You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for providing the service.
Do not enter sensitive or special-category personal data in trip details, place notes, support messages, or attachments. The App does not request this information. If you choose to submit it, it may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. This request does not limit rights or responsibilities under applicable law.
View-only share links contain a frozen copy of trip data in the URL. They are not encrypted, and anyone with the link can view that copy. Collaboration invite links allow their holders to preview the invited trip until the owner removes the invitation. Keep both types of link private.
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
6. Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect map data
- Routing errors
- Travel decisions made based on the App
- Service interruptions or data loss
7. Third-Party Services
Depending on the feature used and service configuration, the App uses Supabase for authentication and database storage; Google for account sign-in and Maps/Places; Cloudflare Turnstile; Photon and OpenStreetMap; OpenRouteService; OpenTripMap and Wikipedia; Open-Meteo; Vercel hosting; and Zoho Mail SMTP. These services may receive the account, place, coordinate, request, or message data needed for their functions. See the Privacy Policy for details. Third-party services may be unavailable or return incomplete or inaccurate information.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
